I had an eBill account previously. Do I have to re-register?
If you had full access to your eBill account, your eBill account has been automatically converted to Web ID. You can log in using your eBill user name and password. You will be asked to update your profile information in order to complete the conversion.
If you recently subscribed to eBill and had not yet upgraded from temporary to full access to your eBill account, you will have to call 1-800-SASKTEL to get a Web ID and register as a new user. SaskTel made an effort to upgrade everyone prior to the Web ID conversion; however, we may have missed you. We apologize for your inconvenience.

You will be asked to update your profile information in order to complete the conversion. Why don't I see some of the services I want to subscribe to?
Some services are available based on which accounts have been added. Not every service is available to every customer. If a service is not listed on the Sign Up for Services page, that service is likely not available to you. By adding additional accounts, you may be eligible for more services.
For example, eBill is currently only available to residential and small business customers. If you have a business account added, but eBill does not show up in the list, you are likely not eligible. If you also add your residential account, you should see eBill listed as an option. If you have questions about whether you are eligible, call 1-800-SASKTEL or contact your business representative.
